So, I have decided to sell my VW Golf 1.8t. It does not run correctly. I had it at the shop and they said it has low compression on cylinder 3. I do not know why because I didn't want to pay for them to rip into the motor to find the problem. My tab was already at $1,800 when the finally found that it was low compression (yes they ripped me off!). This car was a wicked fast, clean car. It is very dirty right now because it has been sitting for over 3 months. I decided that I will try to sell the car as it is now, if it does not sell then I will part it out. I would actually get more money if I parted it out but I just dont have the time to do all the work! So, here is a chance for a mechanic special. Please contact me with any questions. The interior is in great condition but looks bad in the pics because it is dirty. It actually looks very nice. This car always got plenty of complements. The wheels are nicked up also. I had planned to replace them. The tires are new with only 2,300 miles. The brakes, rear calipers, and emergency brake are new! ALL MODS HAVE 20K MILES ON THEM.
