1976 Suzuki

I am selling my 1976 Suzuki GT550. I bought this bike because I enjoy riding vintage bikes. I recently had the carbs serviced and it is running like a champ. This bike is a 2 stroke , 3 cylinder, 3 carb, and is very very fast. The bike is in good shape. There is some surface rust on some bolts and small areas on the bike which is normal for a garaged bike of this age.which will come off with some 000 steel wool. There is a small amount of rust around the gas cap and the back tire may need to be replaced in the future, due to low tread.I can't tell if there is a very tiny engine gasket leak or runoff from the carb hoses ,but once in a while a small spot of oil residue shows up on my garage floor if the bike is left on the side kick stand for a long period, this may be the shifter seal. The tires are not dry rotted and run fine on the road. everything works great on this bike. I hate to sell it, but i am in school and have a Honda Goldwing and I dont have time to invest in this bike. It has been garaged. This bike has kick start and electronic start and always starts right up. this will make a great bike for someone.It rides and runs very nice. I also have a owners manual and service catalog that go with the bike as well as the original carb box and luguage rack.
