We are relisting this 1953 Dodge M37 T245 4X4 3/4 ton truck, VIN number 80254872. The first buyer ran into some bad luck and was unable to complete the sale. This truck is being sold for parts or restoration. The truck has the engine and drive train but has not been run for 7+ years so it is not known if it will run. The truck does not have the instrument/gauge dash panel or rear seats, it does have the tailgate. Interior seats are in poor condition and the tires are poor but do hold air. Windshield passenger side glass is good, driver side is cracked, driver and passenger door glass and the rear glass is good. Data plate in cab and serial number on frame match. The mileage is unknown as there is no speedometer. We do not have a title as this was donated to the State of South Dakota by a Federal Government agency. This unit was owned and operated by the State of South Dakota and has been declared surplus. This item is located in Mitchell SD 57301. The truck is sold as is, where is, and there are NO warranties, actual or implied, so look at the pictures and ask any questions you may have before you bid. We will answer all questions to the best of our abilities. You may also call us at 605-773-4935 between 8:00 and 5:00 CDT Monday thru Friday with any questions. The winning bidder will be responsible for shipping and or pickup. Winning bidder will pay any and all pickup and/or shipping costs. The only assistance we are able to provide with the shipping and or pickup of the item is help in loading. The buyer is responsible for any and all state and local taxes. Payment is to be made within 7 days of end of auction notice. Unit is to be removed from the premises within three weeks (21 days) unless prior arrangements are made. If additional time is needed a firm deadline will be negotiated. After deadline ownership will revert back to the State of South Dakota. Payment may be made by credit card or other approved methods.
