Here is one that we sold brand new and was just traded back on a new GMC Terrain. We are fortunate to have loyal customers that return year after year and allow us to serve their automotive needs.
This is a 2005 GMC Envoy XL 4 wheel drive SUV with 109,000 miles. The exterior is finished in Magnetic Red Clearcoat and it shines brightly after a buffing by our detail department. The paint is in very good shape, although there are a few cosmetic flaws to be pointed out. The front bumper is cracked and has some chips, hood has stone chips, the rear bumper has a dent along with chips and there are a few scrapes on the body. We do not think this damage diminishes the look of the truck, but there are plenty of photos for you to decide.
The interior is Light Tan/Ebony two tone and is very clean. There is 3 rows of leather seating and all the leather is in very good condition. This is an SLT model, so there is plenty of comfort and luxury options. The two option packages that stand out are the Sound, Entertainment and Luxury groups. Included in these packages are; XM radio receiver, 6 Disc CD player w/Bose audio, DVD entertainment, heated seats, alarm system, driver memory package, full size spare tire, rain sense wipers and polished alloy wheels and more. All the power accessories work correctly including the air conditioning systems both front and rear. The previous owner was not a smoker, so there are no tobacco odors.
The powertrain for this Envoy XL is a 4.2 V6 engine, 4 speed automatic transmission with overdrive and the AutoTrac electronic transfer case. The engine runs great and both the transmission and trasfer case operate normally. Power 4 wheel anti-lock disc brakes will keep you safe along with the security of factory installed OnStar. (subscription required at additional cost).
All four tires are almost brand new Bridgestone radials evenly worn to 11/32". They were installed by the owner only weeks before trading in the truck. They are mounted upon the original GMC 16" polished aluminum wheels that are not curb rashed or peeling.
We did send this truck through our shop for a safety evaluation and service. Our technician found no obvious mechanical issues. He noted that the front brakes are at 6mm and rears are at 8mm, well within a safety range and almost at full thickness. The buttons on the radio and hvac knobs are faded from use, but everything works fine. We did change the oil/filter, top off all the fluids and recharge the air conditioning system. No other work was recommended and after a road test the truck was ready for listing.
We have all the owner's booklets (including the OnStar and XM pamphlets), 1 key with a working remote, 2 headphone and remote control for the DVD player.
This Envoy would make a great family vehicle for those on a budget. We have priced this truck well below Kelly Blue Book retail taking into account the higher than average miles. Please look over all the photos, this is a sweet truck.
