Vehicle Detail
I really hate having to re-list this, but my buyer from England has FLAKED OUT. After two weeks of phone calls and e-mails. He finally admitted he could not get his money together. So with that I will now require THE ENTIRE AMOUNT WITHIN 72 hours of purchase. I will then sit on the car up to 30 days for pick up. Pick-up, shipping, customs what ever is up to you to handle. OK here goes this is a 1952 MG TD. BODY TYPE 22381 BODY# 4392 64220 CAR # TD 4936 ENGINE # XPAG TD 5208 TITLE is CLEAR. TN State title. Bill of sale will be included. This is being sold for the widow of David Payne. David was 64 when he passed away from a brain tumor. This was the only un-finished project he had left at the time of his death. I agreed to handle the sale for her and have all paperwork and car in my possesion. Car is patially dissasembled. Engine was overhauled and so was transmission. Both are re-installed, painted but not wired or hooked up. All small parts bagged and labeled. Seats and panels have already been re-done. Engine bonnet and fenders have been partially stripped to get ready to paint. Paint if sold in US goes with car and is British racing green. This is a RIGHT HAND DRIVE CAR. Many new parts from Moss motors and receipts included. exp all new weather stripping still in boxes. To list everthing he bought would take to much time. WOOD is in great shape. Windshield has a crack and will need to be replaced as it cracked when I moved it to my farm. It was in the down position (I should have put it up.) Car is just plain solid all the way around. Side curtains top all in excellent condition. ALL you have to do is paint it and finish it and you will have one of the best examples of this vehicle around. I just bought a Corvette and a mc or I would have bought it myself. Remember, this is for a widow and price is VERY reasonable for this vehicle.
