I am listing this for a friend who is the owner and has owned it for about 15 years. 1982 Jeep CJ7, 6 cylinder, 5 speed, 4 wheel drive, A/C, tilt steering, power steering and brakes, last registered in 1997. Was running fine back then. Haven`t started it yet, but has spark out of the coil, and cranks over good. Should run with no problem. Will need brake work because it has been sitting. Clutch good, holds vehicle. He always wanted to re-paint it, but won`t have the time, so it is up for sale. Need drivers and passengers floor repair as seen in photos, and some rust in floor behind seats seen in photos, and some rust at the end of frame as seen in photos, but otherwise the body and chassis, etc. are good. Also windshield frame has rust holes, this unbolts and you can either get another frame, or fix this one. It has the original spare tire, Goodyear Tracker P/G L-78-15 as seen in the original brochure. Has fiberglass hardtop, stainless hinges and trim, tow hitch, original carpet, 33 x 12.50 x 15 off road tires on vehicle, has 5 original rims included, missing door strikers that the doors latch into. Original brochure, paint chart, and misc., booklets included in this auction. Vehicle has a clear title. A good Jeep, and with a little work is roadworthy.
