This is my wife's daily driver and has been for 1 1/2 years. We spotted it on a buy here/pay here lot... the dealer had just purchased it via auction. He told me I could have it for $2k, but it needed brakes and a driver's side mirror. The good: Brand new battery (BRAND new)...Lights work... drives fine... power steering works fine... A/C works great... Heater works great... We replaced the mirror when be bought it, and we put new rotors and brakes on it in the spring of 2009. The tires have another 6 months on them, and the brakes seem to be fine. I would look at the pads before winter. Brand new Radiator... brand new belts.... brand new hose clamps. *recently, the radiator cracked on the top... this was due to the water pump quitting. I have priced the water pumps... they're $55. I will have to pay someone to install it, so it will be another $125 over the price listed. The bad: It needs a water pump. I will put the water pump in it prior to pickup, but it will cost another $125...It runs fine, but it ticks.... after all, it has over 170k miles, it's used...There are some dents.. rear bumper (it was this way when we bought it), and the driver's side rear door has a dent. The driver's side window does not operate, but does not leak. The fuse box door is missing, and the glove box needs a new handle. Why am I selling it? My dad is selling his Sebring to me. My wife just got a 2001 Focus. We have no need to keep tags and insurance on 3 vehicles, otherwise we would keep this for a back-up plan (my wife loves this truck...) It is what it is. It's a daily driver work vehicle. The interior will be cleaned prior to signing over. Honestly, I wish I could afford the time to part it out...
