THANKS Up for auction is a 1999 Chevy Express 3500 Cargo Van. This is a great work van. 5.7L 350 runs super strong. Recently had the weak brakelines replaced, new water pump, recently new battery. The van has great working a/c. The paint is in decent condition for the age. I have the CLEAR TITLE IN HAND. Tires are at about 30% tread. Van is equiped with a tow package. Now for the bad, it was a northern van so therefore has rust, most notably on the bottom of the side cargo doors (see photo). The rust isnt corrupting any structural parts, primarily just sheet metal. She is also missing the driver side mirror. There are rips in the seats. The main problem on the van is the TRANSMISSION DOES NOT WORK. It has reverse and not much forward left. The van will need to be trailered. I do have a 4L80E transmission sitting here that i can sell for an additional $600 to the winning bidder. The vans transmission had been acting up for about a year and a half, so we bought a spare transmission as a back up, but never installed it. The tranmission in the van just let go last week, and instead of fixing it, we are just swaping over to a replacement van. PLEASE NOTE - all the equipment, ladders, roof racks, and decaling will be removed before final sale. My son is also not included in the sale. I do have additional shelving that if the winner wants, they can have it.
