1974 Porsche 911 Up for auction this beautiful 911 sunroof coupe, VIN # 9114103155, with only 75,277 pampered miles. This car has been completely restored with no expense spared, the restoration process began with a solid rust free body and included stripping it down to the bare sheet metal, replacing the entire interior (leather seats, door panels, headliner, carpets etc...) as well as a complete engine and transmission/transaxle overhaul. During reassembly all new weather stripping was installed around all the windows doors, and trunk. This car has meticulously been gone through with thousands in receipts! All in all this little Porsche, with pretty much everything from bumper to bumper having been replaced, is as close as you will get to a brand new 911 without traveling back in time to 1974! The only things this car needs are a few finishing touches such as installing the side view mirrors (painted and ready to install), some minor interior trim pieces and a few other miscellaneous parts bolted in. All in all there is less a Saturday afternoon worth of work remaining to button up all the loose ends. This car is a product of an extensive restoration project during which time pretty much every component was rebuilt, replaced or otherwise improved (I have a huge stack of receipts in which every nut and bolt is accounted for). The car runs and drives great, idles smoothly and shifts through all gears with ease. -Exterior- This car is as rust free as you will find, there is not a single spot of rust anywhere on this car including the undercarriage, body, trunk, battery tray and floors. The tires have approximately 90+% of the tread remaining and the 16” wheelsare in very nice shape. As mentioned the car was completely stripped and professionally repainted with practically no miles since the restoration. This car has spent a great majority of it’s life under a soft cover in a climate controlled warehouse. The only flaw on the entire car is a small chip on the driver’s door which can easily be fixed with a little touch up paint and wet sanded to perfection. -Interior- The interior is in magnificent shape, pretty much all of the interior is brand new, including brand new high quality front and rear seats made of the softest leather (materials alone cost nearly $2000, not including the labor to have them professionally installed), brand new headliner, new door panels and brand new carpets. -Engine & Transmission- The engine was professionally rebuilt approximately 5k miles ago and the transmission has no miles put on it since it's rebuild was completed. The is no indication of the car ever being in an accident or having suffered damage of any kind. All the evidence I have on the car points the mileage being true and accurate so please bid with confidence. The car is free on any liens and I have a clean title in hand, this car is ready for a new home.
