Up for auction is my Supra is an original a 1995 non-turbo special edition supra white hardtop with a CLEAR TITLE in hand . It has a practically brand new 1jz-gte 2.5 liter twin turbo motor (true twin, not sequential!) and added a 3” downpipe, 3” HKS exhaust, koni yellow adjustable struts with eibach springs, tein solid pillow ball mounts, and an SAFC to tune it on the dyno. The koni/eibach combination works great. It’s very comfortable for a daily driver. Also, has a custom HKS intake and I heat wrapped the downpipe. The A/C blows cold, heat works too. The chassis has approximately 148,500, but the motor only has about 45,000 on it. The transmission is the original 5 speed, but I installed an upgraded Clutch Masters Stage 4 clutch to handle the additional power. Also, have a new racing radiator, big front mount intercooler and HKS blow-off valve which sounds nice when switching through gears. IMP in Clifton, NJ did most of the work last year. They are specialized with supras. Also, while I had the work done last year they did a compression test on the engine and they said the compression ratios were just fine. The tach is aftermarket, I like the white face look, but you could swap it for any tach that fits a TT model. The car is also equipped with a Viper 5900 alarm system. The tires are in good shape and have decent tread all around and the brakes were changed last year and practically new (slotted and crossed drilled rotors.) I’ve changed the oil every 3 months or 2,500 miles with full synthetic Mobil 1. I chose the 1JZ over NA-T because the 1JZ is DESIGNED AND ENGINEERED FROM THE FACTORY WITH FORGED INTERNALS JUST LIKE THE 2JZ! Even the pistons are the exact same parts. The main difference is that it has a shorter stroke 2.5 liter. (Shorter block, shorter rods/cranks) A benefit of this is higher revving and a flatter power curve. If you’re looking to put out 1,000 hp, this car isn’t for you. You can easily put out 500-600hp+ with the 1JZ; just add a single turbo, injectors, and engine management. And just like the 2JZ, you don’t even need to build the bottom end to do it either! The car runs strong and pulls hard! All the car needs is a nice paint job and fix the front bumper, also a small dent by the gas tank as shown in the picture. This car is priced to sell, buy it now! I have the right to end the auction at any time because I am also selling it locally. If you’re getting financing, remember it’s a non-turbo model (they usually loan you money based on the VIN info so don’t ask your bank for $20,000, and on the other hand your car insurance will be cheaper too since, it’s a non-turbo chassis! On Aug-06-10 at 08:05:26 PDT, seller added the following information: I have a last minute update: It seems like the vehicle has a small antifreeze leak. Yesterday I drove the vehicle on the highway in about 95 degree weather and had the A/C blasting and the needle started to rise towards high. I popped the hood open and it was leaking alittle towards the left side of the engine bay. I had a mechanic friend take a quick look at it and he suspects it could be a radiator hose wasn't 100 percent sure though. This is the first time the car did this. Other than this small issue, the engine runs strong. At this point, I don't have the time to get it fixed because I am extremely busy. So to be fair for the inconvenience I am lowering my reserve to $10,000. Thank you.
