Thank you for looking at this 2008 Smart fortwo Passion Cabriolet! This 2008 Smart fortwo Passion Cabriolet has 21,938 miles on it. I originally purchased the vehicle from the Smart Car Center in Devon, PA in April of 2009. I was told there was one owner prior to myself who traded the car in for a new Brabus model. For the past year, I've been driving the car as part of a marketing strategy for our family business. It was time to reduce our insurance premiums so I'm listing the vehicle for sale with a reserve that is very reasonable for a vehicle that originally retailed for $22,000+. Kelly Blue Book lists the current private party value at around $14,000. The car was just professionally detailed. Here is a listing of all the known features and conditions of the vehicle. The vehicle is being sold as is with no warranties. This 2008 model has fog lights, heated leather seats, Ipod/MP3 connector, built in GPS/Navigation system with disc/DVD player, built in blue-tooth/hands free system, backup/rear camera with display on screen, tachometer and clock mounts on dash, premium wheels, and a few other optional features. I have all the owner's manuals and necessary paperwork to provide to the new owner. The vehicle was serviced and the oil was changed in April of 2010 with an oil change that is necessary every 10,000 miles. The car gets 35mpg in city and over 40mpg on the highway so it is great at the pump! Another great feature is the fully automatic retractable top that operates at any speed! One of the rear lights on the back left of the vehicle is cracked. There are several very small chips on the vehicle that are to be expected in normal wear and tear for 21,900 miles. I do not know exactly how much tread life remains on the tires. I am not aware of any other defects or problems with the vehicle, but it is being sold as is. It has run very well for me in the last year. The two year warranty that came with the vehicle expired in April of 2010. I financed the vehicle, but I will be paying of the remaining balance prior to end of the auction so I can provide free and clear title to the buyer.
