This was listed several weeks ago and I had two offers of $6500, one from a guy in the UK that could not secure the funds and another local person that looked at, inspected, and drove the car and even put a deposit down, but could not come up with the rest of the money. Please, if you can not afford it, please do not buy it. It will not be re-listed again. Sorry this description is long, I just want to be thorough, so please read it, before asking questions. This Chrysler was purchased new by Morgana King, aka Mama Corleone from the Godfather movies, an award winning jazz singer with multiple platinum albums, and is Frank Sinatra's cousin. She is friends with the current owner who has owned the car since 1998 when he purchased it from her then. He doesn't have to sell, he just doesn't drive it enough and has some heath issues. You will officially be the 3rd owner. Car has never been in an accident, and has spent time at the Sinatra Estate in Palm Springs, CA, as well as Paramount Studios. Morgana drove and garaged the car frequently until selling it to my friend in 1998. She has even driven it many times since. She only sold it as it would not fit in the garage in her new home. My friend that bought it from her has also garaged it since. It has had one repaint that is about 15 years old. Car is very clean, but obviously not perfect, I doubt there is a cleaner un-restored 300 anywhere!! I did a Buy It Now, fixed price auction on this car so you don't have to waste your time bidding and constantly checking back to see if you are outbid. There is no reserve. Outright price for this car is $6900, or you can make an offer. No taxes collected by me or any document fees. I always like to do Buy It Now, fixed price auctions over regular auctions where people put on their watch list, then forget to bid at the last minute, then are upset that they missed the car!! Tags expired in Sept, 2007, but car has been started and driven around the block every two weeks and fresh gas kept in it. Carburetor could use a rebuild, as sometimes it is hard to start, once running it runs very well. Search Ebay for transport companies if you want shipped. You will be surprised as how inexpensive it is the ship a car, even from coast to coast (around $800 if you shop around). Car will not leave and title will not be release until car is paid in full (and cleared) with either cash upon pick-up, direct deposit, loan check, or cashier's check/money order.
