1975 Ford Bronco 4wd Wagon Here it is, my Bronco is being listed on Ebay again. I had listed this earlier in the spring but took it down after multiple offers to buy were never followed through by the purchasers. I have owned this magnificent vehicle for two years, although I was only able to afford to put it on the road one summer of those two years. It has been kept in a heated garage since I've owned it and was never run the salt. I purchased this truck here on Ebay from a man in New Mexico. He knew little of the vehicle's history aside that it was titled and owned in Arizona previous to his ownership. This is why I was not surprised to see how clean it was underneath, which ultimately lead to my interest in buying it instead of the others available at the same time. The pictures tell the whole story and I will try to detail everything I can think of for better or worse. Body: The paint is in great shape, I do not know when it was done last but it is certainly a head turner around town and all my friends have made comments about how nice it looks. The undercarriage is all clean black paint as well as inside the engine compartment. It needs to have seat belts installed, I never did it because I only drive it locally and they are not mandatory on old vehicles in NH. The passenger side window is cracked from the glass being down when the door was shut hard one day. It can be replaced for less than $70. The heater core needs to be replaced, I have a new one and will send it with the truck as well as a heater re-seal kit. Also in order to operate the defrost a tube from the plenum will need to be reinstalled since some joker decided to cut the old one in half. The floor pans were replaced in the front and everything was sprayed with a blue bed liner to make it very durable. Engine: Ford 302 V8. This engine runs well, it may need a bit of a carburetor adjustment, occasionally going uphill it bogs down but is quickly remedied if you pump the throttle. It has long tube headers running into true dual glass packs. It is equipped with an edelbrock intake manifold, Holley carburetor and electronic ignition. Overall a nice little package. Brakes: This truck has 4 wheel drums which may be a turn off but it actually stops very well. This model was equipped with a dual-master cylinder and a vacuum power booster. I was surprised at the sensitivity of the braking and how quickly the vehicle stopped compared to my old Fairlane with four drums and no vacuum boost. Tires 32x10.5x15. I would wager the tread is at 90%, these should last a long time. Suspension: Stock spring height all around. When I first started driving it I noticed one of the rear leafs had cracked so I replaced the rear springs with ones of original arch from Jeff's Bronco Graveyard. The back now sits roughly a half inch higher than the front giving it a bit more of an aggressive stance. Drivetrain: C4 Ford Automatic, 4wd transfer case, Dana 44 front axle, Ford 9" rear. The transmission shifts very well, so does the transfer case. The 4wd works perfectly, I've never experienced a problem with it. All in all this truck is as solid as it gets for not being a frame-off restoration. It would make a very nice driver for Bronco meets and cruise-ins.
