After three successful years in Europe BMW had to bring the F 650 over to the states. Composed of a Rotax engine brought to us by the ever so popular Austrian company Aprilia. This Single cylinder four stroke engine is no slouch with a displacement of 652 cubic centimeters. Chasis made up of a square steel frame for rigidity. The swingarm is made of aluminum alloy for reduce weight. All and all BMW has created an all around machine at an impressive wet weight of 421Ibs. This particular bike has been rated as nearly perfect on a scale from 1 to 100 @ Bikez.com Note that this machine is used and does have signs of wear and tear there are several scratches here and there however this is a enduro bike that is ment for on road and off road use. none of these scratches affect the true enginuity of the bikes mechanics, and there are no scratches on the engine itself just the fairings. The engine is sound and everything works exactly how it is supposed to such as horn turn signals choke high and low beams etc. There is no trouble shifting through gears, or problems with the breaks, and tires. We have driven this bike and believe you are buying a solid 97 with no mechanical defects.
