1989 Ford F250 Truck. Runs Good, 4 Wheel Drive, 7.5 litter big block (460). Power Windows and Power Locks. Has tow hitch. Auto Transmission. No rust on outside body of truck. The Bad: Has Rust on frame, needs shocks, some surface rust on floor pans. Could use exhaust (Rusty). Some of the body mounts and bed mounts have a fair amount of rust. Looks like someone stoped the rust, but some metal is missing. Have door keys, drivers side door, lock is not working, seems the rod has fallen off the locking mechnisim. I do have the ignition keys. Needs battery (i am replacing this week). Needs Tie Rods (Could just be loose gear on steering box, this can be tighted, not sure). Do not have knobs for lights, or wipers. Not sure if they work or not. (Pritty sure they do, but ill try to disclose everything i know). Interior in fair condition. Will try to get some pics up. Bench seat has a whole in it. There are four small holes near the top of each door frame. Someone had handles on the car. Please note, this truck runs well, but is no where close to perfect. Long story short, purchased to tow with. Bought newer F250, no longer need this old one. Truck is tagged and insured, so will test drive before final sale. TRUCK IS SOLD AS IS. It comes with no warently. On Jul-21-10 at 08:14:38 PDT, seller added the following information: Exhaust: Rusty with no holes. The air pump portion of the CAT has broken/rusted off. Maryland does not require emissions testing on trucks over 20 years, so this was not an issue; therefore, this was not an issue for me. Frame has rust, none of it is all the way through. Some parts have a fair amount of pitting, strucutally sound though. On Jul-22-10 at 04:52:13 PDT, seller added the following information: Also, body pannels dont line up on front hood perfectly. They are 1/4 inch off. Some paint has chipped off in some areas. Paint job has a few flaws in it. Missing a two light covers on roof. Again, truck is no were close to perfect. Did drive it yesterday, besides the tie rod issue (truck wanders), it ran good. If you are expecting a truck in perfect condition, this is not the truck for you.
