1955 Chevy Nomad. This is a project car with a lot of new parts that have been installed or still in boxs. It has a 350 TPI with a 700 R transmission. The motor components has been powder coated in silver as well as the frame. Was told by previous onwer that the 350 motor and trans. has less than 20,000 miles. It has 4 wheel disc power brakes and 4 wheel air ride(rear needs installed) still in box. The interior has been completely redone in leatherette and in tan color. There are boxes of new rubbers and weatherstripping. The bumpers have real good chrome and the front is missing the guards. Some time back someone installed 1956 Chevy lower rear quarters and installed some kind of Cadillac or Ford tail lights. These were installed over the 1955 Chevy quarters. Also the door handles have been removed and the bird on the hood. It has Vintage Air that is still in the box. A lot of the chrome is new and as far as I can tell the stainless around the doors and windows is complete. It does not have the fender caps or fender and door stainless. It has a 605 steering box with a new chromed tilt steering column. Looking under the car I can tell that a couple of the body braces need replaced.
