You are buying a nice Chevrolet Caprice Classic 1995 25,500 + Miles. 4.3 L L99 V8-IT is definitely a L99 Motor I am certain that it's a 4.3 V8 with Port Fuel Injection!!! It has been kept in a heated and vented garage, NO RUST!!!! Leather interior with a cassette player. The owner is a non smoker. Since this is being sold by a private owner, no warranty applies. It has some scratches on the middle of the rear roof near the rear window from a recent car wash. I will add some pictures shortly so you can see them.
