Unfortunately I have to sell my classic Saab that I have always wanted and finally bought last year. I have five cars and something has to go. This is a very nice example of the 2 door Saab with the 16 valve engine, vented rear windows and 5 speed transmission. The car is very solid with no rust that compromises the integrity of the car. The small amount of rust that is has is mostly surface and hidden. It has A/C but it is not connected. I fixed up many things while playing with it over the last year including: new plugs, wires, cap, rotor, coil, ignition module, crank position sensor, valve cover gasket, water pump, belts, fuel filter, power antenna. It runs and drives very well, the clutch is still tight and engine runs strong. The power locks and windows work, and the headliner is in very nice condition which is rare. It also has power retracting seatbelts, the drivers side works fine but the passenger side does not. I traced this to a door switch that is not working but never got around to replacing it. This can be bypassed by manually plugging the belt in to the B pillar so your passenger can be legal and safe. The windshield has a small crack, but is the original windshield and its sealed up tight with no leaks or rust around it. Occasionally it has a stumble in the driving which I believe is low fuel pump pressure or flow, or possibly a bad injector. It's not that bad but you should be aware of this as you may want to fix this eventually if you will be driving it everyday. This would have been my next item to fix if I was keeping it.
