Here we have a 74 AMC Hornet Hatchback factory 304 replaced with 401-4barrel 74 Vintage has factory bucket seats,sports steering wheel,Column shift and Console shift not sure if this is factory,Front disc brakes,Twin grip posi rearend tires are in great shape alot of tread has Factory mag wheels,Dual exhaust.Has some rust here and there but nothing a good bodyman couldn,t handle.There are alot of good parts on this car it is restorable but will sell with bill of sale only I bought it becuase of 401 it is stamped 401 in block I crawled under to make sure.Thanks For looking.Please read the description if this car was running I would be asking alot more for it like I said I bought the car for the motor the car was a bonus.The motor is worth the starting price I talked to a AMC guy and this is what he said the car was worth with 401 in it somebody is going to get a good deal cheap.On Jul-12-10 at 15:15:05 PDT, seller added the following information: Hi Everybody wanted to let you know I put a carb on it today to try and start It did turn over from the ignition switch but it would not start I put a good coil on and still won,t start I think it a transistor module and I bet it would start just wanted to let everybody know Thanks
