Vehicle Detail

You are bidding on a 1983 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 hatchback with t-tops. I am the second owner and have had the car since 1988. Have the original bill of sale from original owner and a clean texas title. I have put in a lot of love and hard work, it was my first real car. The car has 127,700 miles on it with a rebuilt 305 engine that had various machine work done. Less than 1600 miles on rebuilt engine. Engine has after market ignition, exhaust, internals, etc. It was slightly overbored with a hi performance cam. The whole rebuild was close to stock so reliability is all there. Since the car doesn't need to pass emissions anymore I have put on a straight through exhaust. The car was last dyno'd after the exhaust was installed at 145.86 HP and 239.55 ft-lb of torque. The car has a 5-speed transmission that shifts well into every gear. Newly replaced clutch. The car was originally black with a silver trim but was repainted in a midnight bluish color. The tires are brand new on original wheels with new Z28 center caps. Interior shows little wear and has an aftermarket stereo, aftermarket temperature, and steering wheel. The horn and the original temperature gauge do not work. All other controls are alright though the clock is intermitent. The front seatbelts do not retract in the shoulder area though the lap belts still work great. The dashboard has a beautiful cover that covers some minor cracks. There is no rust on the very straight body. Its never been wrecked and never overheated, broken down, etc. The glass is tinted throughout and helps with the heat tremendously. The rear hatch is in great condition but the hydraulic shocks for it have gone out. The t-tops come with the original GM leather cover that fits into hooks in the trunk. There is also an amplifier in the trunk along with a built in fuse in the wiring for it in the engine compartment. There is so much I can tell you about this car, you should call me or email me. (214)762- 0313 or email me at richardresue@hotmail.com I have receipts for all the major work done to the car. Richard
