2001 Ford Crown Victoria police package P71 (means all the heavy-duty goodies like extra capacity cooling system, better brakes, suspension, shocks, bigger alternator, etc.) with factory dedicated compressed natural gas system. Came from the factory with 6 CNG tanks, not the typical 4 for dedicated cars, so you will enjoy a longer range. The best part is that it runs only on CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) so you can drive solo in the carpool lanes in SoCal and everywhere else. It is AccessOK eligible. It is also eligible for some other incentives such as free downtown parking. Plus it has two extended range tanks (for a total of six tanks!). A friend of mine has a twin to this car and has driven his from Phoenix to Las Vegas and still had a ¼ tank left! (in the interest of full disclosure, he did drive more slowly to get better mpg.) In normal city driving you should get 250 mile range on a fill-up. Join T. Boone Pickens and help America get away from foreign oil and use our own resources wisely. This car just came out of government service with a suburban Phoenix police department, so it was very well-maintained and is, of course, totally rust-free. It is also eligible for all Utah tax credits!! Benefit the environment for everyone and you will save money while driving it! Runs great and 110K miles is not much for these cars, taxi companies here routinely run these cars to well over 300,000 miles.
