Up for sale is our 1958 Plymouth Fury. If you are familiar with these cars, you know how rare 1958 plymouths are because of the rust problems which plague this particular year. You probably also know how rare it is to find an actual Fury from this year, as only 5,303 were made. Of those 5,303, only a small fraction of those were ordered with the 350ci 305HP dual quad golden commando V8. This is very historically significant engine, as it was the first time the "big block Mopar" engine was offered, an engine that went on to dominate the muscle car era, and to this day continues to dominate top fuel drag racing, with versions making over 5000 horsepower. This car is not a 100 point show car, but it is in very nice condition. The car has a clear title, and is currently registered and insured. We have replaced the front drum brakes with a disc upgrade kit from SSBC. This was a $2500 upgrade, and makes the car much safer to drive in traffic. If you wish to put factory drums back on the car for originality, there is no reason that cannot be done.
