Vehicle Detail
This MG has a 1500cc Inline 4 cylinder engine that produces 65bhp and 84lb/ft of torque. The engine is strong, and starts on the first turn of the key every time. Attached is a 4 speed manual transmission. The vehicle averages about 30mpg. This vehicle is in excellent shape, and is rust free! The paint is in great shape except for 2 small dings on the rear passenger quarter panel. The black leather interior is in great shape. Carpet and seats are all original. The top has a hole in it. I never replaced it because the vehicle was always kept inside with the top down, and only brought out on sunny days. This can be done for approx $300. The rubber piece on the driver’s side window winding handle needs to be replaced. I didn’t replace it, because I always kept the windows down. The glass on the hazard light is cracked and could be replaced. Also the passenger’s side visor keeper could be replaced. All of these parts total about $50 and can be purchased from Moss Motors. I am the fourth owner of this vehicle and have owned it since 2005. I have copies of the title from the original owner who purchased this vehicle in Huntington Valley Pa, and pictures of the original owner with his nephew who became the second owner. The vehicle is very well documented and you can trace the vehicle back through all of its past owners. The vehicle was garage kept through its entire life. The MG comes with the original owner’s manual and the original tool kit. Also the original car bra and cockpit cover which both appear to have never been used. You will also get an automotive repair manual, a car cover, and copies of titles from the original owner. The vehicle recently (last week) passed VA state inspection with no issues. I prefer cash, cashier’s check, or money orders as payment. Buyer is responsible for shipping arrangements and cost. This vehicle is being sold as-is.
