1976 MG Midget Car has spent its life in the southwest and has absolutely no rust whatsoever either underneath, on the frame or on the sheet metal. I've owned the car for 14 years and have driven it around 2,000 miles over that period. To the best of my knowledge, the 50,506 miles showing on the odometer are all its been driven. The engine was completely rebuilt in 1996 when I purchased the car. It runs fine although could use a tune-up as it has largely sat undriven. I've replaced the original carb / intake setup with a Weber 32/36 DVG and as a result it runs much better. It also has a Pertronix Ignitor ignition setup. The seats were replaced with ones out of a Mazda Miata and are significantly more comfortable than the OEM pair. The interior door skins have been replaced with new vinyl. As seen in the pictures, several aftermarket gauges have been added to replicate the original gauges (some of which have ceased working). The convertible top is a couple years old and in great condition - it is currently off the car given it is based in Las Vegas where there is no need for a top.
