1967 MGB Roadster GHN3L 99998 Desirable 1st series “B” with metal-dash, chrome bumpers and pre-smog control. Restored to Show Standards: The body was stripped to bare metal, fitted, painted with a base coat and clear coat, then sanded and buffed to the final finish. All Brightwork was replaced or re-chromed. The entire interior was replaced with black leather with red piping, plus a new top and top boot were installed. + The engine was rebuilt to factory specs using new pistons, valves, guides, springs and hardware. The transmission was also rebuilt with new seals and synchromesh gears. Even the fuel tank was flushed, cleaned and epoxy sealed. + Underneath, the suspension was completely refinished using new bushings and hardware. The correct original aluminum hood (or bonnet) is in place. The two 6 volt battery boxes are restored and in place-- however I run it with one 12 volt battery. + The dash gauges, knobs and switches have been re-screened, restored or replaced. The hydraulic brake system has new brake lines, pads and shoes. Driven only 3300 miles since restoration
