My name is Danny and this is my number 973.474.7277 if you know this most of the CJ have the H in the vin. number cost a lot $ money first time the I take my CJ-5 to the auto show 06/27/2010 i won two trophies first place amazing machine. Is a 1973 Jeep CJ5 4X4 with a V8 and a 4 speed. The Jeep is drivable have other projects going on I need the garage space back. Most people like a metal jeep but this is all expensive fiberglass except for the windshield frame which is metal with new glass. The front is a one piece fiberglass. I painted the whole thing white and the inside is black Herculiner....not a pro job but not hateful at all. No rust anywhere. (see pics). It has a 304 V8 out of a '72 I think..new motor mounts with a 4...yes 4 speed manual trans (new clutch and new trans mount) out of an '82 Jeep behind it with a custom rear drive shaft. Has power front disc brakes. The '76 frame has been cleaned and painted black. It will need an alignment and some wiring finished. I remember not being able to get the LED turn signals to work . Put a new battery in about a month ago and it fired right up and idles nice. Not looking to get the money back I know I'm forgetting stuff but here is the low down on the new stuff... Brakes:...New calipers, rotors, and pads up front....New drums, shoes, and wheel cylinder in the back...New master cylinder with New lines running to it all. New parking brake cables Fuel:.....new gas tank, sending unit, fuel pump, carburetor (reman) and new lines Susp:.....New shocks all the way around, new spring bushings, new body mount bushings with new hardware Exhaust:...outside the frame headers with new mufflers Inside: ....gray leather seats out of a Grand Cherokee, has a tan back seat that comes with it just not installed, newer steering wheel, tach, new glove box liner...have seat belts but need installed Top:....none...
