It was built at BMW's Regensburg Assembly Plant in Germany in November of 2008. It was shipped to Braman BMW in Miami Florida with just 3 miles on the odometer and was then dealer traded to BMW of Pembroke Pines in Florida. It was sold Brand New with just 88 miles on the odometer by BMW of Pembroke Pines on July 21st of 2009 to the vehicles one and only original owner. This owner lived in a very affluent part of Davie Florida. This original owner had to leave the country to open a business office in South America and offered me the option to buy his vehicles, including this BMW, which I did to offer for sale here on eBay. Keep in mind when bidding that this 328 Convertible is covered under BMW's Full Factory Warranty AND BMW Full Free Service until July 21st of 2013 OR 50k Miles. It starts right up and purrs... She is very peppy and I drove it on the highway and looked down and saw I was doing 80 and the engine had plenty more power to give me. The tires on this BMW are the proper sized Bridgestone Potenza RunFlat's with approx 70% tread life left in them. The vehicle looks absolutly amazing for its age and mileage. The interior shows very little if any wear... the leather looks very clean and is free of any tears or fade. The wood trim is free of any fade. I have two master keys, the original window sticker, the purchase paperwork, and the full owners manuals. I have the original set of carpet floormats which the owner never used as he purchased and installed a set of all weather rubber mats the day he bought the car. You get both sets of mats. When the owner bought this vehicle, he purchased two seperate warranties. The first is a five year Ding Shield Warranty from The Dent Wizard, which provides unlimited door ding removal for the term of the warranty.
