This P71 was owned and operated by the U.S. government department of homeland security here in El Paso, Texas. The low miles are certified as actual by the U.S. government. The interior is grey cloth with grey carpeting. This car does not have a power seat. The power windows, tilt wheel, cruise control, traction control, factory stereo sound system, power side view mirrors, power lumbar support and power trunk release all work as they should. The air conditioning blows cold and was just serviced. The 4.6 liter police interceptor motor has awesome power and runs great. The transmission shifts crisp and smooth. The brakes have been inspected and are good. The suspension is tight and the car handles very well. The tires are in fair condition. They will get you home but they should be replaced at some point. Brand new spare and jack kit. The body is clean with only minor scratches and chips. NO RUST. We had this car inspected and found no evidence of structural damage. No accident history.
