This P71 was owned and operated by the U.S. government department of homeland security here in El Paso, Texas. The low miles are certified as actual by the U.S. government. The interior is black cloth with black carpeting. The power windows, tilt wheel, AM FM radio, power side view heated mirrors, power fuel door release, power lumbar support and power trunk release all work as they should. This car does not have a power seat. The air conditioning blows cold. The 4.6 liter police interceptor motor has awesome power and runs great. The transmission shifts crisp and smooth. The brakes have been inspected and are good. The suspension is tight and the car handles very well. The tires are in fair condition. They will get you home but they should be replaced at some point. Brand new spare and jack kit. The body is clean with only minor scratches and dents (see photos). No rust. We had this car inspected and found no evidence of structural damage. No accident history.
