Up for auction is my 1965 Mustang coupe, super clean western car. Factory A code, power steering, power brakes, 4 spd manual, 3.00 gears, Door tag reads, Body 65A, Color H, Trim 22, Date 13H, DSO 72, Axle 1, Trans 5. Runs and drives great, engine is the original 289 rebuilt 3 yrs ago with a aluminum intake, Edelbrock 600 carb, dual exhaust. Runs perfect, not to loud. Trans is original 4 spd rebuilt with the motor, factory 8 inch rear. Shifts as it should. Body is excellent with one fender (passenger) and one quarter replaced (drivers), Im told they were dented and had some small bubbles in the quarter, originally a CA car and then to Colorado, garaged. Repainted its original Caspian Blue in 08. Vinyl top new at that time and roof painted underneath. Excellent paint job with the exception of three tiny brush touch ups which are to small to photograph. Very, very close to show quality. There is no rust anywhere and car does not appear to have had any. Door tag in place and left fender apron stamped with VIN. Trim is mint all around, Bumpers are also close to mint. Interior is all new in 08, upgraded to non original Pony with console. Working Ralley Pac with tach and clock. Glass is all excellent. Tires and wheels are new two weeks ago as I planned to keep it until my friend decided to sell his S Code car. Scott Drake 15x7 wheels with new BFG's 215/60/15 front. 225/60/15 Rear. Have a lot of receipts. Great car, really nice, bid to win, you will be very happy, needs nothing. People love it.
