Re-listed do to no-paying bidder!!Your bidding on a 72 Mustang project car.I say project because she needs work but you can drive it as it sits but should be restored.I took the car in on a trade and don`t a lot about it but will tell you want I know and see.It has a 351C 2 barrel and a FMX auto trans.Also has power steering,power disc brakes,power top and rare AC.Not to may older convertibles had air so its a little rare.Car was last on the road in 2002 but has just sat inside for year till now.It was started and moved around over the years and still has good brakes and shifts fine(just drove a little bit,no tags on it).It don`t run to bad but needs a carb rebuild for sure.The gas is old and they did'nt drain it so we topped the tank off with super and its running better every day but still need carb work.Also smokes a little when you start it sometimes but its just valve seals,most old cars do this.Floors,frames and shock towers all look good.Quarters have been repaired at some point and some paint work has been done at the same time.Trunk does have some 2 inch rot holes in the front but not all rotted out.Door hinge need new pins and they come with the car along with new door rubbers and small other new parts.Also a set of stock sport mirrors come with the car(aftermarket ones on it now.Grille has some cracks,dash pad is cracked and door panels are so so.Top is ok but will need to be replaced at some point but works good,all SUN X glass is good.All AC is there but needs to be charged.Bottom line,its not grandmoms creampuff but is a nice start.You could drive it this summer and work on it over the winter.Car is sold as is where is,pickup only in 5 days or so.If you would like to look at the car GREAT,send a number and we will set it up.Happy Bidding!!
