Vehicle Detail

1970 Ford Mustang Mach 1 in Champagne Gold with Comfort Weave Seats. We are the second owner. This is a true survivor, all original car. Automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes, AM/FM stereo, 351 2 barrel Windsor 100% original engine, original mag style wheels, original factory spare. The way the car is shown is how it came out of the factory. Nothing has been changed in order to keep it all original. It only has 48,512 miles. This car was featured in Mustang Monthly in November 2003 under the article "True Original". All of the original stickers, data plates and factory ink markings are still attached or showing. We have many of the original booklets that came with the car with the exception of the repro of the 1970 owners manual. I also have the original invoice for the car. You will also get the Elite Marti report. The car runs great, horn works (which is located on the inside of the steering wheel). All blinkers and lights work (even the blinkers on the hood scoop still work). The paint is in exellent condition and is all original. It does have some of the original wear and tear on it (small chips and dings). Radio works. The clock does not work. I have never used the heater since I do not take the car out in the winter time. Here are the two things that are wrong with it: The faux wood inlay cover that sits behind the shifter on the console is loose and has a bubble in it. We do have a replacement for it which is still in the box that will be included. The other problem is the passenger side front fender has a small dent, ripple and some scraping above the wheel. This was done in a showroom. Pictures have been taken to show this problem. Additional photos available upon request. The car is being sold locally so I reserve the right to end the auction early. Please email me with any questions before bidding. Your bid is your contract. SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY! Those with excessive negative feedback, please do not bid. Transportation and shipping charges of the vehicle is the sole responsibility of the buyer. This car is being sold AS IS, NO REFUNDS! Winning bidder must pay $1500 through PayPal within 2 days of auctions end. If you pay by cashiers check, the check must clear through the bank before I will release the title to the new owner. The remainder of the balance must be paid either through PayPal, wire transfer or by U.S. certified bank check, U.S. Funds ONLY!
