A very nice classic airhead with 37,206 miles that is mechanically excellent, cosmetically the bike has chips and scratches consistent with the age, mileage, and use of the motorcycle. The top of the gas tank is faded and shows wear from a tank bag, and the battery side covers are faded as well. The front fender has been cracked when removing from a truck on a ramp, it has been repaired and is ok structurally, but the crack shows. There are numerous pictures in order to show as accurately as possible the exact condition of the bike. The original tool kit, tire pump, and owner’s manual are included. The bike has BMW saddlebags and rack, and, as can be seen a BMW S Fairing, with the accessory clock and voltmeter, both work however the clock is intermittent and needs repair. Recently at 37,000 miles a major service was performed which included Top end service, new pushrod seals, head, oil pan, valve cover, and filter, gaskets, of course new plugs, all fluids, including the forks. New oil, air, and fuel filters, as well as fuel lines were installed. A complete tune–up was performed, carburetors, ignition etc. There are no mechanical issues and the bike runs and handles like it is supposed to and has no leaks. The gas tank is clean and rust free. The bike also has a new AGM sealed battery.
