Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE For sale is a 1956 Chevrolet 3100 1/2 Ton pickup. It is a project vehicle and will need to be towed to its new home. Many things have been done to it already but it still needs work - Frame was sandblasted and coated in por-15 then top coated with gray enamel. - It has a flat out performance front crossmember with 96 corvette suspension components and Aldan Eagle coilovers. - The rear has a ford 8.8 rearend from a 97 explorer. It has a four bar rear suspension with transverse panhard bar and coilovers from CPP. - The truck itself was originally a U.S. Army vehicle and it still has the tag to prove it. - It is set up to run an LS style motor and 4l80E transmission. It can easily be converted to run a 4l60E as well. - It also started as a small back window and was converted using an original back section from a wrecked truck. - I have a lot of extras that go with the truck that are not shown in the pictures. - I have the doors and rear fenders. The doors have all of the hardware and window mechanisms. They do need lower patch panels and those are provided as well. -The body has had a lot of work the drivers side step and hinge pocket have been replaced with new metal. Both cab corners as well as some of the floor has been replaced. The bottoms of the fenders have been repaired as well. Still to fix is the passenger side step and hinge pocket. It has already been cut out in preparation for replacement. I do have all of the needed patch panels to complete the cab. I have every body panel except the bed. Also it has no seat or gas tank. There are many other things that have been improved/added. please feel free to ask any question you might have. There has been a lot of time and money invested into this truck someone just needs to finish it. The motor that is shown is not included. It can be purchased for an additional cost. It is a 99 5.3 LM7 and 4l60E. There are no warranties expresses, written or implied. The vehicle will need to be towed or trailered as it is not road legal.
