The X5 3.0i Sport Activity Vehicle has only 75,533 miles on it... it’s practically Brand New for a BMW. The VIN is WBAFA53541LP22189. It was built at BMW's Spartanburg Assembly Plant in South Carolina USA in August of 2001. It was sold Brand New with just 32 miles on the odometer in Miami Florida by Braman BMW on October 18th of 2001 to an owner who lived in Miami Beach FL which is a very affluent area. This original owner kept this X5 serviced at Braman BMW during the term of the three year lease. At the end of the lease, this original owner felt this X5 was in way too good shape to just give back and decided to purchase it outright from BMW Financial Services. This took place on April 29th of 2004 and with just 26k miles on the odometer. This shows you true pride of ownership. This original owner then enjoyed this X5 for another two years and on May 3rd of 2006, this original owner finally decided it was time for a different vehicle and with only 42,171 miles on the odometer traded it in at a Mercedes dealership in Jacksonville Florida. This Mercedes dealership sent the vehicle to an auto auction where I saw it and purchased it with just 42,198 miles on the odometer on June 23rd 2006. I had the vehicle brought to my dealership to be detailed and serviced, and while it was being cleaned, one of our service center customers saw it and fell in love. On June 29th of 2006, we sold this X5 to our service customer, who became the second owner. The X5 was kept serviced at our service center during his ownership. Unfortunatly after just a few days of loving this X5, our customer had a little booboo.. he backed out of garage and backed into another car parked on the street edge. He had to report the incident to the police which is why CarFax shows the accident report in July of 2006. He had the X5 brought to our service center for the repairs, which consisted of replacing the rear bumper, replacing the passenger side exhaust tip, and doing some very minor paintwork. Nothing major needed to be done as it was a very minor incident. Our customer, the second owner, fully enjoyed this X5 up until last week when he asked us to find him a nice 5series sedan, which we did, and we took this X5 in trade. We are now proud to offer it for sale here on eBay. It starts right up and purrs... She is very peppy and I drove it on the highway and looked down and saw I was doing 80 and the engine had plenty more power to give me. The tires on this BMW are Goodyear Integrity 4x4 P235/65R17's with approx 80% tread life left. The vehicle looks absolutly wonderful for its age and mileage. Just a few micro stone chips and surface scuffs here and there. The interior shows only the normal wear... the leather is free of any tears or cracks. The wood trim is free of any fade. The X5 was in for an oil service at 74,300 miles in April and is running on synthetic. I have two keys, the owners manuals, as well as the original set of carpet floormats.
