1965 Chevrolet Impala SS 409, 400 hp, 4 speed, 12 bolt rear end car with 3:30 gears. This is a good, low mileage driver on a CA rustfree body. Black exterior paint is 20 years old and starting to show it's age. Gray velour interior is newer and in excellent condition. This car was hot rod modified in the early '70's in Sacramento, CA. It is a correct SS car with bucket seats, console, V-8 factory 4 spd., 12 bolt, heavy duty suspension, 3/8 inch gas line. The original AM radio is still in place but does not work. Heater/defroster have been rebuilt. The 409 is a low mileage stock bore QB motor with a single 4 barrel carburator and correct '65 exhaust manifolds. Alternator, regulator, starter, distributor and carburator are new or rebuilt. The motor is not original to the car. Included in the sale is a dual 4 barrel manifold.
