This was owned by an elderly couple and only used to go on cross country trip so all the miles are all highway miles, they were no smokers. We didn't detail this van but it looks so nice there way it is. This is the ultimate in conversion vans, and rides so nice going down the road. Everything works. If your looking for something you and your family can travel, camp with, or even just drive everyday, this is the van for you. Has plenty of amenities. Just some of the features include, rear fold down seat to use as bed, rear cd-player, bucket seats, mood lights, blinds, cooler, etc. Pretty much anything you would want in a conversion van.Engine runs great (has the reliable Chevy V8 5.7), no lights on, passed emissions. This auction is for a ultra nice and very clean 97 GMC Savanna 1500 Conversion Van (By Explorer - Limited Edition - Cadillac of Conversion Vans!) this is a ONE OWNER VAN, with only 54k miles. This was owned by an elderly couple and only used to go on cross country trip so all the miles are all highway miles, they were no smokers. We didn't detail this van but it looks so nice there way it is. This is the ultimate in conversion vans, and rides so nice going down the road. Everything works. If your looking for something you and your family can travel, camp with, or even just drive everyday, this is the van for you. Has plenty of amenities.
Just some of the features include, rear fold down seat to use as bed, rear cd-player, bucket seats, mood lights, blinds, cooler, etc. Pretty much anything you would want in a conversion van.
Engine runs great (has the reliable Chevy V8 5.7), no lights on, passed emissions. Transmission shifts like new. Brakes are good, tires are good, ready to get in and drive anywhere!! This is a turn key and go kinda van!

Your bid is binding under applicable statute. The buyer assumes all responsibility for all defects known and unknown. The buyer has no right to rescind the winning bid nor is the bidder entitled to any compensation for known or unknown, disclosed or undisclosed damage or repairs. PAYMENT: Vehicle must be paid for in full within 7 days of auction close, by Cash or Money Orders. No Personal, Bussiness or Out of State Checks will be accepted.
PICK-UP TIME LIMIT: All vehicles must be pickup within 14 days, otherwise a $25 a day fee will apply. This fee must be paid by Cash or Money Order.

Winning Bidder Required to pay deposit of $500 by PayPal. We can not meet a buyer unless this has been paid.
If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to complete the transaction a $500 Service fee shall be paid to the seller from the winning bidder, no exceptions! If deposit was already given the deposit shall be used to cover this fee. This is non-refundable. This fee covers our listing costs, time, promotion, and cost to store vehicle (remember eBay, advertising, and storage is not free). This fee will also remain even if buyer and seller agree through eBay or otherwise, not to complete the transaction. If eBay allows the transaction not to be completed (Unpaid Item Dispute or Mutual Agreement to Cancel Transaction), the buyer shall still pay a $500 fee, by the buyer going through these processes the buyer understands he or shall will still be responsible for paying the fee. The transaction is to occur in LaPorte, Indiana. Any disputes that may arise are to be settled at LaPorte County, Indiana.
The $500 fee is due if you do not wish to continue with the purchase of the vehicle (or no contact has been received from the buyer within 7 days). Inspections are to be made before bidding, noticed defects (disclosed or undisclosed) upon arrival are not reason for recourse. Once you've bid and won, the $500 fee will be due, if not paid within 7 days buyer may be sent to court or collections, if sent to court losing party shall pay court costs, if send to collections, add $50 to the initial $500 for recovery costs, that would total $550. INDIANA RESIDENTS: Must add 7% Sales Tax, and $250 Document Fee, this can not be negotiated, this ONLY applies to Indiana Residents, and Indiana residents titles may not be ready upon pickup/payment, but will be mailed and delivered within 21 days from date vehcile is paid in full. Title can not be processed until the vehicle is paid in full.
OUT OF STATE BUYERS: No Sales Tax will be required, however a $150 Document Fee, will be added to the total of the auction price.
