This is the second time posting - so serious bidders only. Passed NJ inspection May 2010! For sale, AS-IS, by Original Owner. Leased new from an authorized Nissan dealer — purchased afterwards. I live & work in NYC, so car has been very lightly used for about 1.5 years. Car is in near-mint condition & drives great. Rare 5-Speed stick shift. 16-in. alloy rims. Only premium fuel used. Oil was changed frequently throughout life of car. Engine was always allowed to warm up before driving in winter. All interior & exterior lights, including blinkers, rear brake lights both on wing and trunk, fog lights, etc. are in working order. Although power antennae is missing, radio stations come in clear. The following are all in working order: Both cassette & CD player, all lights on radio work, clock light, instrumentation panel, front/rear defrost, power windows, keyless entry, and wipers. Power seats for driver only. Air condition blasts frigid air. 1 brand new tire (less than 15 miles). Brand new battery. Engine & other components under hood are the real highlight. Engine idles at 500 RPM, barely audible inside or out (see picture with tachometer). Clutch is responsive and shifts are smooth. If pushed, it will deliver. Nothing wrong with brake pedal as it still has pressure and sits high. Car has no smoke or noise coming from exhaust (muffler is in working order). Comes with spare tire. Maxima 5-Speeds are known to provide better mileage, and more longevity relative to their automatic counterparts. I tried to post as many pictures of the car, including interior/exterior and all blemishes. Please note the following (pictures will show many of these): all original belts (timing, etc.), will need a new power antennae, has a small ding on the hood in the form of a line @ 8 in. long (see picture), has a small rust spot near the rear spoiler on passenger side (see picture), a small ding behind the driver side front wheel on qaurter panel (see picture), some minor scratches on rear bumper. The car could use a rebalance & alignment, I say "could" because it runs fine the way it is but the steering wheel exhibits slight vibrations when driving — regardless, it is not expensive to get this done. The rear driver-side speaker will need replacing. The carpet needs a good wash — the result of careless rear passengers drinking coke & coffee (see pictures). I would also check rotors — may need sanding. I would say rotors & brakes are more of a preventive measure than anything else as the car stops fine — but might as well err on the side of caution. I am open to arrange for a pickup or ship. If shipping, please arrange for pickup location, time, etc...
