This auction is for a 1981 Corvette T-Top coupe. I bought this car last week from a dealer friend of mine who just traded it in from the original owner. As you can see in the pictures this car is all original except for the wheels and tires. I talked to the original owner and he informed me that he had always kept this car garaged until about 7 years ago when he purchased a new boat and put car out side (go figure that out) anyway he said car is completely original including the 49,158 miles on car. Since I have acquired car I have taken out the original worn out carpet (disposed of it) so buyer can see just how nice the floors are. I have all original seats and trim for car. I have decided to offer it up for sale just like it is before I start refurbishing it. This car runs and drives like a 49,000 mile car and is very tight. All the gauges, radio, and lights are in working condition. The owner told me that about 3 year's ago he had the car fully serviced and brakes redone so he could start driving the car again. The car runs very smoothly and the transmission shifts good, there is no rear end noise at all. The air conditioning and smog pump belts are off, but owner included new ones that were never installed. As you can see in the pictures I have all original dealer selling paper work for car. Now for terms of sale. Buyer agrees to send a $300.00 deposit and pay balance with-in 10 days of close of sale. Buyer also agrees to arrange shipping and pick-up of vehicle.
