Hi bidders. 1968 BMW 1600/2002. Project car. Body has rust but will make a great project car. whats meant the shock towers are great, the floor plans has no holes and the frame is intact. Ive had several of these cars but the vital areas of this car is strong. i purchased it about a year and a half ago and realized that i dont have the time to work on it. i recently crank the car and runs great with no smoking. i was told that the car has rebuilt 2002 engine with less than 5k miles on it. now i cant crank it because weak and no spark to the engine. i believe maybe its the distributer. it also need a fuel tank. someone added a electric fuel pump to this car so im working with a hose to a fuel container to supply my fuel. need all interior work. the car does not have brakes. i realized that after i bought it. it came with 1 new caliper and parts of the other caliper in peices for rebuild. Transmission seem to be ok. i would like to keep the car. i could do all the work myself. I just dont have the time nor patience anymore.
