1974 Pontiac GrandVille Convertible If you're looking for a perfect body & rust-free car this isn't it Try Mecham Auctions A/C, cruise control Power windows, steering, brakes, top, door locks, trunk release. Aftermarket retrosound model one stereo. Speakers are weak. I think the motor is a 455, I do know it is the original one. This beauty is however an absolute BLAST to drive. New upper & lower ball joints and idler arm. What a difference that made!! Tires have about 1K miles on them same as the brakes. New top, has been up twice in the last couple of years. This is stored in a garage with a car cover Painted white multi-colored pearl, jambs, trunk & hood also painted. She runs and shifts strong. Drives great especially when highway crusing. It's like a 19 ' boat with wheels, crusing the lake on a calm day! Has a slight hesitation when cold. Driver's seat is missing a button, dash is cracked as is the driver's side extreme lower part of the windshield. The crack doesn't effect your vision unless your nose is level with the dash! The interior is in real good shape. Has 2 ashtrays in the front dash area. Also have the boot cover for the convertible. Both power rear windows are sensitive. They need guidance. Just spent LARGE $'s on 4 1/2 lbs of R12 a/c recharge and a new belt. Last show I saw a 75 in real sweet shape, sold for 11k. My reserve on this is less than half that! On Jun-05-10 at 21:02:12 PDT, seller added the following information: I just found two tail light housings & lenses & one fender skirt ( painted the same pearl white as the car) that now that the (RESERVE HAS BEEN MET), will go to the winning bidder.
