Vehicle Detail
BEAUTIFUL all original 1976 CB750K OHC 750cc 4 cylinder air cooled. with K&G Sissy bar and 4 into 2 exhaust. Original Owners manual included. The pictures speak for themselves. This bike is almost perfect! I installed new plugs Completely cleaned out the carbs Installed a new battery Tires are older but show no sign of dry rot and hold air Tank has one shallow long dent on the left side (easy fix) and is COMPLETELY RUST FREE on the inside. Both electric and kick start work. All electrical systems including the charging circuit work. Front brake cylinder has been disassembled, cleaned and works as it should. Truly a RARE survivor and a MUST HAVE for any CB collector. One issue is that the 2nd cylinder does not get hot under idle. It does have spark. May need a valve adjustment. I am not an engine mechanic and will leave that to the pros. Bike is being sold AS-IS. Reserve has been set consistent with previous CBs sold on eBay. Happy bidding! I can deliver within 100 miles for $ 1.00/mile.On May-31-10 at 00:51:29 PDT, seller added the following information: I was advised by another eBay member, that this is no where near "mint" condition. I tried to change the title, but I could not since I already have bids. Mint means near factory new condition. This is not. It is VERY CLEAN however for a 35 year old bike. See the pictures BEFORE you bid and read the description. See my feedback. What you see and read is what you get. On Jun-01-10 at 06:03:36 PDT, seller added the following information: UPDATE on CYLINDER#2 I had a stuck float valve. No Fuel = No heat. Bike now runs fine on all 4 cylinders !On Jun-01-10 at 07:57:38 PDT, seller added the following information: Just added some pictures of a set of 4 - 4 stock pipes for the 750. They did not come with this bike but are clearly marked 750. Two of them with the heat shields are rusted. Headers are good. The other two are much better. I only noticed one small hole in one of them. They will go with the bike if the winning bidder wants them. Otherwise let me know and I can sell them separately. On Jun-03-10 at 07:10:35 PDT, seller added the following information: We are getting very close to the reserve and I uploaded one more picture of a rust spot on the rear grab bar. The only real rust area I could find.On Jun-03-10 at 08:24:18 PDT, seller added the following information: Getting a LOT of emails for a Buy It Now price. We are very close to the LOW reserve and I will NOT end the auction early. No Buy It Now price. On Jun-04-10 at 18:06:32 PDT, seller added the following information: I dropped the reserve. Next bid hits it. There are enough people that want it, so off to the races we are...On Jun-05-10 at 09:21:03 PDT, seller added the following information: Just added the manufacturer date of 09-1975
