We have a large quantity of used trades and many are one and two owner like this Saturn . We will be listing all here on E-Bay, so keep checking back. Here is the perfect 1st car for that new driver! This is a 2003 Saturn Ion with 120,000 two owner miles. It is a rather base car with only minimal options, so it may appeal to those who like their cars plain. The exterior is Bright Silver Metallic and in good condition. There is some front end damage in the form of a dent in the hood and some bumper scrapes. The remainer of the body is nice and would benefit greatly from a full detail. If you spent an afternoon with some car polish, this Saturn would come back to life. The interior is Gray cloth and also in good shape. The upholstery, carpets, dash, headliner and trim do not show excessive wear. There are no smoke or pet odors in this cabin. As mentioned, this is a basic car. All you will find is air conditioning, a radio/CD player and automatic transmission. A set of Saturn black rubber floor mats protect the carpets. The only interior issue is a "floppy" driver's sun visor. It tends to drop down and stay there. The interior is not badly soiled, but would look better with a shampooing. The powertrain for this Ion is comprised of a 2.2 4 cylinder engine backed by a automatic transmission driving the front wheels. This engine starts easily and runs well. There 2.2 engines have a habit of being a little noisy and this one is no expection. Expect to hear this little 4 cylinder running, it is not a silent runner. There are no dash warning lights illuminated with the engine running, we have provided a photo. All four tires are BF Goodrich radials. The wear is as follows; LF 5/32", LR 5/32", RF 2/32" and RR 5/32". The front tires are worn on the outer edges, this Saturn could use a new set of tires and wheel alignment. We did service this Saturn before offering it for sale and our technician found a slight brake pulsation from the rear drums and the air conditioning low on freon. He adjusted the brakes, charged the A/C and changed the oil/filter. We do not know if the A/C system has a problem, there could be a leak and the freon may escape. It is presently blowing cold. We did add a dye agent to the freon and have not seen evidence of a leak. In the glovebox is the original owner's manual. There are no service records available for this Saturn, so we cannot provide any history. We have one key with no remote, this vehicle is not equipped with power locks. Ok, that is it for our little Ion. Not a bad car, just a basic form of transportation to get you from point A to point B. The Carfax report is clean with no collision history. We do not subscribe to other history reporting agencies so we base our info on the accuracy of Carfax. Please be sure to ask questions and look at the photos before bidding. We are unable to provide shipping quotes, please contact one of the transportation companies that offer their services in E-Bay Motors. We cannot finance this Saturn Ion and are not accepting trades on our E-Bay listings. We are frequently asked about rust issues. This may be in the form of undercarriage surface rust or in some older vehicles..panel rust. If there are perforated panels, we wll disclose and photo the damage. Every effort is made to accurately describe our listings. However, these are used vehicles and some indications of wear will be evident communsurate with age and mileage. We cannot list every flaw in a pre-owned vehicle. Due to the mechanical complexity of modern vehicles, dash warning lights may illuminate for many reasons. We will NOT be responsible for service engine, check engine, traction control, SRS Airbag or ABS lights being illuminated after the sale. If any of these lights are on during our listing process, we will disclose it in the listing. Please be aware that you are not bidding on a NEW vehicle. Some vehicles will be offered with limited powertrain warrantees included in the purchase price. Extended coverage may be available at additional cost.
