It was used on the road as of January 2009 and running okay at that time when it was removed from service. It was using Coolant at the time it was removed and the Sheriff Department decided not to repair and pull from service. The vehicle has been sitting on our lot since winter 2010 and has not been driven. The vehicle should start okay but is not guarteed due to sitting for this extensive period. This vehicle has a Clear State of Michigan Title (not issued as Municipal).
