Deposit:
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 non refundable deposit is due IMMEDIATELY at the end of auction. If the deposit is not paid immediately we will offer the vehicle to the next bidder in line or it will continue to be on sale on our lot. We will not hold the vehicle without deposit under any circumstances unless previous arrangements have been made.

Full Payment:
The remainder is due within 48 hours of Auction end. Paypal like stated above can be used for the deposit, but PayPal CANNOT be used for the full payment amount. Bank check, direct bank to bank wire transfer, and/or cash in person is acceptable (NO CREDIT CARDS). All canadian transfers must be done by bank wire only. The 48 hours can be extended due to weekends and holidays but please communicate with me first so I know when you are planning to make payment.
Taxes and Fees:
High bidder is responsible for taxes in which the county they live in. We do not have any document fees or any hidden preparation fees. We want to save you money and therefore we have chosen to jnot have hidden fees like many other dealerships have. Once again, you will be responsible to pay your sales tax in your state of residency and registration.
Cancellation policy:
The only acceptable reason for cancellation is a misrepresentation of goods sold. Should this case arise, a local independent arbitrator will be summoned to satisfy all parties concerned. Shipping:
The High bidder is responsible for shipping arrangments. I will assist in any way I can. I do not ship outside of the continental U.S. If you plan on buying this vehicle and shipping it overseas you must contact me before the auction is over.
