This is a nearly new (bought new in Nov of 09). It has an existing factory warranty. I have the title in hand ready to transfer to the buyer. This bike is in perfect condition with the only exception being due to my accidentally dropping it over on the left side in my garage. It was a slow drop, and I just wasn't able to hold it up once it was leaned to the point of no return. I have made effort to photograph the damage as clearly as possible.
