I'm selling my 74 plymouth duster. I am having my fourth child and am really forced to part with this project. I have put some time and effort into this and not much more would be needed. The car is a slant 6 car with auto trans. It has the small bolt wheel pattern and 7 1/4 rear end. It has the fold down rear seat. Car was not running when I purchased it. As far as I can tell the car is a TX car and as always been in TX. The good: Car is running now. I have driven it about 20 miles since I got it running. I have put in a new fuel pump, water pump, radiator, radiator hoses, battery, carburetor, spark plugs. After these items she fired right up. Car has new gas tank and sending unit(gas gauge still doesn't work). I have put on a hood scoop from a 72 dart. I have put in bucket seats from a 70 dart. I have pulled carpet, dash pad and roof liner as they were all shot. All glass is fine and windows work fine. I have a carbon fiber gauge replacement panel. I have another front bumper that is straight. The one on the car was bent by tow straps from the previous owner. The bad: Transmission slips a little in 1st gear. The rear quarters have some rust but not all the way thru. The trunk pan has some pin hole rust. The front end bushings need replaced, specifically the passenger side upper a arm bushing. If someone is interested for $2500, I also have a rebuilt 1975 360" motor that was rebuilt 1000 miles ago with an attached 727 torqueflight transmission rebuilt 25 miles ago. If you are wanting this for setup for this car, All you need is the adapter for a slant 6 to small block for the k frame and this setup is drop in ready. Comes with everything radiator, voltage regulator, alternator. The only thing missing is the tailcone for the transmission. Also has a b&m shifter with it. This setup came from a CJ7 JEEP. If you are interested in just the motor and trans let me know. This will be a pickup only item. Car is not currently registered but I do have a clear TX title. Please ask any questions.
