We are selling our 1980 C10 step side. We have spent a lot of time and money on this truck but we need to sell it as we are getting ready to start a family and will no longer have the time nor funds to invest into it. The truck has been in our family for over 20 years, it was my cousin first vehicle then my Dad purchased it and then handed it down to me. We hate to see it go but financial situations have left us with no option. We hope it goes to someone who enjoys it and cares for it as much as we do. Currently registered in my name in CA. Serious bidders only please Here's the details>>> Engine- -Professionally built 383 stroker -Engine might have 1800 miles on it, was originally built using Dart Iron Eagle 230cc heads, COMP Cams Magnum Solid Camshaft, comp cams solid lifters, -comp cams valve springs, push rods and Edelbrock Victor Jr. Intake Manifold. Engine was estimated @ 550HP at 7,000 rpm 10:1 compression ratio with 91+ octane. -We swapped out the top end with a milder set up ( rated @ 400 HP 9:5.1 ratio with 89 octane) to make it a little more fuel friendly with the parts listed below, -I will included the Dart Heads, comp cam valve train and Victor Jr. intake listed above and current setup with the winning bid. -I have the build receipt for the engine build. -4 bolt main block, A.R.P. bolts through out the whole engine, Scat rotating assembly, JE SRP pistons, World Products Sportsman-II Heads, -Comp Cams 'Magnum' Hydraulic Flat Tappet Camshaft, Crane Roller Rocker 7/16 stud size, Edelbrock Performer Air-Gap Intake Manifold, -Holley 750cfm double pumper, MSD Pro billet distributor, 6A CD Ignition, coil and wires, Fel-Pro Performance gaskets used through out -Moroso oil pan,pump and pick up tube, K&N air filter with X-Stream Air Flow Top Plate. Engine has aluminum polished pulleys. -No cost was spared when building this engine *** I also have a dual electric fan and wire kit I will include with the winning bid*** Exhaust- Hooker Super comp headers Custom 3" full exhaust with bolt in big block catalytic converter ( can be replaced with straight through pipe ) flow master mufflers Drive train- -3" inch drive line -Posi rear end with 3.73 ring and pinion -Street / Strip built TH400 with trans cooler mounted behind front grill -B&M Truck Mega shifter -Stock wheels with 275/75/15 tires Suspension- -Completely rebuilt all bushings and ball joints,Bell Tech lowering coils and sway bar, Bell tech lowering rear shackles and hangers. Interior- -Stock with new seat cover, all weather stripping has been replaced, Auto meter 5" monster tach included and Auto meter sport comp oil press and water temp gauges, -grant steering wheel Exterior- -stock paint in good to fair condition, minor dings and dents on doors, one large dent on back of cab and top of bed on left side
