Inspections are to be made before bidding, noticed defects (disclosed or undisclosed) upon arrival are not reason for recourse. Once you've bid and won, the $500 fee will be due, if not paid within 7 days buyer may be sent to court or collections, if sent to court losing party shall pay court costs, if send to collections, add $50 to the initial $500 for recovery costs, that would total $550. We are obligated to hold the car for 7 days from time of winning bid. If you do not agree with this or can not accept this do not bid.
INDIANA RESIDENTS: Must add 7% Sales Tax, and $250 Document Fee, this can not be negotiated, this ONLY applies to Indiana Residents, and Indiana residents titles may not be ready upon pickup/payment, but will be mailed and delivered within 21 days from date vehcile is paid in full. Title can not be processed until the vehicle is paid in full.
OUT OF STATE BUYERS: No Sales Tax will be required, however a $150 Document Fee, will be added to the total of the auction price.
