EXTERIOR- There is an aftermarket body kit installed, along with white 17" alloy wheels. The front bumper corners are scraped. There are several scrathes on the hood. There is a dent in the driver's door the size of a pea. There are several paint imperfections on the rear driver's side door. The rear decklid tail lamps have chips in the corners. The rear bumper has a good sized crack in the driver's side corner along with several scapes. The tires all match. There is a small chip in the windshield. The paint still shines. INTERIOR- The air conditioner blows cold. Power windows work and the power locks do not work. The radio has been removed but there is an Alpine tape deck that comes wit hthe vehicle. There are four holes on the passenger side A-pillar. There is a little bit of dirt on the rear seat that should come out with a good detail. The headliner near the front and rear of the car is drooping, and there is a small rip in the headliner aft of the moonroof. MECHANICAL- There is an aftermartket cold air intake and custome exhaust installed. The vehicle failed Virginia state inspection for all 4 tires, driver's seat being loose, rear turn signals wrong color, and passenger side low beam in-op. There is an ABS light on as well as a Matinenance Required light (not a check engine light). This vehicle has over 95,000 miles, so expect normal wear and tear. Bidders are welcome to come take the vehicle for a test drive before bidding, as well as having the vehicle inspected by their own mechanic.

8. Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, counties, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. Vehicle sale is subject to .02% Winchester Gross receipts tax. $189 processing fee will also be added to the final price of all sales (INCLUDING SALES MADE TO DEALERS).
9. Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.
